We welcome new members. 

We are a friendly bunch who enjoy life. 

They say you learn something new every day well our members would say maybe not every day but nearly every week, fun is had whilst we watch our demonstrators and try out new ideas. Over this past year we have done glass painting, made our own cards, sampled Ti Chi, learnt exercises to help mobility and balance, had outings, learnt about the healing powers of crystals and had the opportunity to purchase jewellery etc. made from them. We learnt how to make corn dollies and also a little bit of knowledge was gained of their history. 

We have more in the pipeline for this year, such as outings, make your own Christmas Crackers and lots more, why not join us and find out for yourself. 

We meet each Wednesday 1pm. – 3pm. And finish with tea, coffee & biscuits.
